This a safe and supportive space for you to explore and process anything that is weighing on your mind. Sometimes that's all you need is to feel seen and heard. This is a no judgement zone.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: I know that unexpected things happen. I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. If you cannot, we will reschedule you as soon as possible, but we will not be able to issue you a refund.
